Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your timely return. giorgiomilano.com will accept items for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must include original Giorgio Milano packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Sale items are non-returnable.
Returns and exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Shipping and processing charges on returned items will not be refunded. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value under the terms of the sale.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
All returns/claims require a Return Authorization (RA) number. To submit a claim, contact our Customer Service department at 1-212-684-2228 or follow these simple steps:
1- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
2- Indicate your name, order # and phone number
3- Wait for your Return Authorization ( RA ) number, sent via email
4- Include your information and RA number inside the package and make sure the RA Number is written clearly on the outside of the package.
Note: For your security, return your gift with an insured courier ( i.e, FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post ) and retain your receipt. Giorgio Milano is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
